TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ultimate Rave Bingo is an entertainment experience. Ultimate Rave Bingo is a trading name of Surprisingly Adequate Events Ltd, registered with Companies House under no. 13224284.
2. Each Ultimate Rave Bingo event ticket provides you with entry to the venue for entertainment and the opportunity to play bingo games.
3. Typically, there are 3 low stake prize bingo games played within the experience on any given date. 
4. You may choose to engage in the bingo games if you wish by purchasing a ticket to an event.
5. By engaging in the bingo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions but they do not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. If you wish to play bingo without the added entertainment, you will need to contact Ultimate Rave Bingo, prior to the event commencing so that this can be arranged accordingly and ideally in advance. We will have in place at each venue and event a separate room available should you wish to engage only in the bingo activity and none of the entertainment. The charge to play bingo only will be the cost of the stake only. You can contact us via the details on our website.
7. You must be over 18 years of age to play and Ultimate Rave Bingo reserves the right to require all participants to prove that they are over 18 by production of a recognised photographic identity document.
8. Any participant who is under 18 or who is unable to validate, on reasonable request, their age will be excluded from participation in Ultimate Rave Bingo’s event without refund or prize.
9. Ticket prices are displayed on our website.
10. In order to play bingo you must pay your ticket fee before playing. We are unable by law to offer any form of credit.
11. It costs £1 to play all 3 bingo games on any given night – this is your stake for playing the bingo. All stakes are paid out in prizes to winners the same night. 
12. A ticket for entry to the venue entitles you to participate in all of the other entertainment and performances excluding bingo. We reserve the right to amend our entry charges from time to time, such as when special performances are planned.
13. Tickets may include the cost of the bingo games on the ticket purchasing websites. We reserve the right to change the price of the tickets depending on fluctuating market value.
14. You can chose how you engage in the night in 3 ways: 1) play bingo and engage in the entertainment; 2) play bingo only for the cost of the stake; or 3) engage in the entertainment only and have your bingo stake refunded to you if already pre-purchased. 
15. If you do not wish to play the games of bingo but do wish to engage in the entertainment, you will need to contact Ultimate Rave Bingo before or at the event so that a refund can be issued to you as appropriate for the cost of the bingo stake, as described at paragraph 11. There will be a separate area of the venue available to you should you not want to play the bingo. 
16. Ultimate Rave Bingo will clearly communicate the prizes that you can win in each game. The prizes available may vary from those as advertised on any given event, depending on availability and amount of stakes purchased. 
17. Ultimate Rave Bingo will determine the winner of each game.
18. In the event of any uncertainty as to the winner of a game (such as where there is a “double call”) Ultimate Rave Bingo will invite those participants who it determines have an entitlement to claim a win to participate in a “play-off” game which will be a test of knowledge or skill, through which the ultimate winner will be identified.
19. It is your responsibility:
    1. -To check all personal details are correct when purchasing your tickets.
    2. -To check you are purchasing tickets for the correct time, date and/ or venue. Tickets will not be refunded, compensated or transferred if this is incorrect.
    3. -To arrive at the event on time as stated on the ticket. Although we will make efforts to accommodate late comers, entry is not guaranteed, and you will not be refunded.
    4. -To comply with all venue regulations when attending the event.
20. By purchasing this ticket, you agree for your information to be stored in line with GDPR practices. If you wish to be removed from the GDPR database, please contact us immediately and we will remove your details accordingly.
